Courtney works with private fee paying clients, NDIS participants (self managed or plan managed participants), Flexible Support Packages, schools, kindergartens, non government agencies and the Department for Child Protection in South Australia.
Mental Health Care Plans
Courtney does not work under the Medicare Mental Health Care Plan rebate scheme. GP referrals are not mandatory to be able to access services but will be accepted.
Private health rebates
Some private health rebates may be applicable depending on the type and level of cover held by the client. Courtney has private health provider numbers with Bupa, ahm, Medibank, ARHG, Police Health, Emergency Services Health Insurance, Phoenix Health Fund, Westfund, St. Lukes Health, HCF, GMHBA, see-u by HBF (previously CUA), AIA Health, Mildura Health, Teachers Union Health, Teachers Health, Doctors Health Fund, Nurses & Midwives Health, HBF and Unihealth. Courtney is able to work with ReturntoWorkSA clients.
Australian Defence Force funding
As of 1 July 2025, counselling is able to be claimed through the Family Health Program for Australian Defence Force families. The serving member will have to apply through their employment portal and PMKeys. Each family member can be allocated up to $800.00 per financial year and these funds can be pooled within a family group.
Session fee
The standard session fee for all services is $181.50.
Some low fee paying places are available by request and vacancy.
Travel fee
Fee structure may change for outreach appointments where travel is required. Please contact Courtney to discuss your needs.
